Nantucket’s new build with the largest residential dock on the island had to adhere to the strict covenants architecture-wise. But that didn’t mean there wasn’t room for modern expression in the interiors. Betty Wasserman’s modern take on the traditional Nantucket look resulted in an elevated and exciting water-front home for her clients. The addition of over 60 custom light fixtures designed by Helen Gifford of HelenBilt created a story that related each room to one another, and simultaneously allowed each to stand out.
